I am planning for next year and am curious if there are any known trip reports for the Little Indian Sioux starting from Crab Lake. I've read trip reports for both sections individually but haven't found any regarding the section of river between Cummings Lake and Entry point 14. It would be fun to do a there and back (to EP14) to Pageant Lake but goal is oyster lake area.
The reports of crab lake to cummings describe many beaver dams. Google earth shows the LIS at cummings for the next three miles as very narrow and winding but passable from there to EP 14. Trees appear further set back in this section but wont know without seeing.
The reports for the EP 14 to oyster lake area sound beautiful, as do the the limited reports from Pageant.
Any insight is appreciated - crude map attached for reference.
