Since your partner didn't talk at all during the trip I think it still qualifies as a solo.

Ken, nice report, complete with videos! I think it still qualifies as a solo. It's not like float stanley helped you portage or paddle or anything else for that manner! Kind of nice to have someone to talk to besides yourself tho! We all need that on a solo!

Nicely Done! And great pictures.

The solo question........did you find yourself talking to Float Stanley?

Thanks! And yes I do/did talk to Float Stanley. Of course I also talk to trees, rocks, myself, and so forth!

Nice. Thanks. I soloed that area earlier this year in May.

I'm glad that Little Shell was good to you. Twice I have tried that site and BOTH times it was littered with fish remains.

It was quite clean Ken, just pine cuttings and signs of heavy use.

Ken,
Great Report. I think since Float Stanley is so Introverted and never says much it was a true solo. :)
Thanks for sharing.

I dont know why, but your voice startled me. Funny how you imagine peoples voices by their pictures. Awesome report!

From the land of sky blue waters!

Nice report. I like your tarp set up.

I'm leaning toward a double solo.

Nice report. I think FS enjoyed the quiet. His previous trip was a bit tiring for him. To me the biscuits looked good....but every day....I could see how food boredom would set in.

You have a great voice. It's like your signature. I was watching your video and from another room one of the B's said "Mom is that Butthead? I recognize his voice." I guess all it took was one Wing Night and they will never forget you. : )

great report Ken :) We found Float Stanley to be a fantastic tripping partner on our girls Quetico trip :) Does it count as a solo? Absolutely! :-D
