I've always considered Clark to be the Cadillac of hammock manufacturers. And I've always dreamed of owning one if I were ever to win the lottery.

I just noticed that they are promoting their newest release, the Mark2 with a 25% off pre-release sale. They consider the Mark2 a hybrid tent-hammock. Interesting concept. And at less than $300 I was able to convince myself that I deserved one.

I'll try to give a review after it arrives in 3 to 6 weeks.
Now, how do I sneak this into the house?

YOu should use the "Kohl's" approach. . .tell her how much you saved, not how much you spent!

If I can ever convince my wife to come to the BWCA, I am planning on a vertex, I was thinking it will be a good option for when my son is still young too.

But I will have to start saving now so when he's old enough I can buy one ;)
